Substitution Policy

Due to global shortages flowers, plants, colors or containers may need to be adjusted to ensure delivery. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value. Thank you for your understanding.

Arrangements will be produced as closely as possible to the website images. Please remember that each design is custom. No two arrangements are exactly alike, and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary.

Please note as we may be experiencing delays in receiving shipments of certain flower types.

Please note that we may need to replace stems so we can deliver the freshest bouquet possible.
